Returns Policy

1.  There is only one time return policy for all the products only if it has any damage or defect at the time of delivery.
2.  Customers can return their order within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order with a proper proof of damage with an Unboxing video. For customised/personalised orders there is no returns.
3.  All returns must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
4.  Customer should self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
5.  Once the return product is received we will initiate the refund to you in 7 business days. What are the terms and conditions for refund?
1.  You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 3 days of its date of delivery.
2.  If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address in order to place the order & ask for a refund.

How long does the refund procedure take?
1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7 working days.

The courier charges will be beared by the customers. You can also send the product to us at the given address provided below.
